Tim & Clare working at Holset
Holset
Tim and Clare are both now working at Holset. Clare has a temporary contract until Christmas when she'll stop work in order to have the baby. She's working in the aftermarket department where Turbochargers are re-manufactured, amongst other things she is working on database reports for the business performance reports. Most importantly during her induction, she was able to spend a day in the workshop and actually built her own turbo!
Tim's job is very different to that at Cosworth and there are still many things to learn but despite that it's proving to be very interesting and challenging. At the start of October Tim visited the Holset facilities in India and China over a two week trip. This was really interesting although coming back after so long away meant a very busy week and a backlog of things that is still being dealt with! Whilst in China Tim also took the opportunity to stay over a weekend with Chris and Angela who are now living in Shanghai.
