We visited NOrthampton again at the start of the month to stay with Joe, Alex and Sam who put on a great fireworks party - it was good to catch up with a few more people that we hadn't managed to see on our trip in October. Tim's work has been very busy during November. Despite this, we managed a long weekend break in the Lakes to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Staying in a self catering apartment at the Bridge Hotel, where 12 months ago we were attending Ken & Jackie's wedding. The weather was kind to us and we enjoyed a wonderful walk around Buttermere, Tim got out on his bike (to collect a Sunday paper!) and we visited Keswick, Ambleside and Windermere where Clare enjoyed a visit to the Lakeland 'mothership' store.
