Angus' love affair with real food has continued to develop with many new flavours being introduced. Clare had a scare when he first tried cheese - we ended up at the hospital out of hours doctor service to get treatment for an allergic reaction that had Angus covered in a rash and being sick. We're avoiding all dairy products for the moment. We enjoyed another long weeked camping with Auntie Jenny and Granny & Grandad, this time in the Peaks. The weather was not up to much. Derek and Tim went cycling on the Sunday, joining the CTC's Phil & Friends ride. The girls & Angus had a more sedate day at Chatsworth house and we all benefited from their visit to the farm shop. Jenny stayed with us for some of her extended leave after an arduous training course in Portsmouth. We took a trip into Manchester to the Miffy Birthday exhibition - it's 50 years since the childrens character was created. Right at the end of the month we went to Harrogate to see the Tour of Britain ride through the town - this was Angus' first major bike race and he seemed to like it - we're preparing for the Grand Depart of the Tour de France in 2007 which will be in London...
